Urchin Puppeteer

Last Disaster happened 10.000 years ago. Nuclear and plastic waste reshaped the earth and Livings inside. Life survived the all-hard conditions and continue to persist. Creatures merged with waste and somehow make it useful. This creature looks like an urchin, however it is a sort of mushroom like organism. It is great engineer and great mechanic. They are known actively using any waste material and create useful mechanical structures to hunt, eat, chase, attack, hold or defence with under water.
